Welcome to Viana Plaster Mouldings

Viana Plaster Mouldings is a manufacturer of high quality plasterwork goods based in Willenhall, servicing customers in the greater West Midlands area (such as Walsall, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Telford and Staffordshire) and beyond for the last number of decades. Here you will find countless designs of cornices & coving, panels & dados, ceiling roses and statuettes (to name just a few!), all traditionally handmade using high grade plasters, hessian jute scrim (or fibrous sisal where applicable), and timber laths.

Since taking the helm at Viana early in 2025, my ambition is to keep alive a traditional craft which has unfortunately been dying out in our region. A large cause of this has been the trade's commodification, per the mass-production of cheap, low-quality plaster and polyurethane cornice from abroad. I aim to do this by integrating modern technologies (such as 3D-printing) into my production methods, without despoiling the hand-crafted heart of the trade, ensuring my products maintain a quality edge over the industrial-scale competition.

On my website, you will find listed some of my in-house designs with details and images. However, feel free to visit my workshop (appointment only please!), as I believe it's always important to see designs with your own eyes before you buy. I also offer bespoke designing services, if you have a particular design you'd like to see brought to life - a service I think has been enhanced greatly thanks to these new technologies.

While I at Viana primarily deal in the material side only, I do have a list of local recommended fitters who provide their services across the West Midlands. For enquiries, please call 07957 375689!

The website is still a work in progress. All feedback on usability and bugs is appreciated.
